Other features include a blade safety cover and an anti-slip grip. The rolling cutter has a rolling razor blade cutter to be used to cut fabrics into shapes, strips, and pieces for sewing, quilting, and craft projects. The rolling cutter can cut through multiple layers of fabric at one time.
